Obituary for George B Wilkinson
Wilkinson, George B., 58 of Egg Harbor Township, passed away peacefully at home on August 5, 2013.
George was born January 11, 1955 in Austin, TX and moved to NJ in 1964. He graduated from Rutgers Univ. and began his teaching and coaching career in 1978. In 1983, George was part of the founding faculty at EHT High School where he met his future wife, Carol (nee Stephens).
George is survived by his wife; his daughter, Holly; father Lewis; brothers Michael and Phillip; and sister Tara.
A visitation will be held on Friday, August 9, 2013 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm at Central United Methodist Church, 5 Marvin Avenue, Linwood, and again on Saturday, August 10, 2013 from 9:00am - 11:00am, followed by a service at 11:00am at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the "Coach Wilk Memorial Scholarship Fund" c/o Egg Harbor Township Educational Foundation, 13 Swift Drive, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.
Arrangements entrusted to and condolences may be left for his family at: adams-perfect.com
