Smith, Beatrice J., of Egg Harbor Twp passed away peacefully at Our Lady's Residence in Pleasantville on May 20th, 2011 at the age of 95 years. Beatrice was born in Fredericksburg, VA and lived in Pleasantville and Egg Harbor Twp. She was an active member of the Hope Christian Fellowship Church, in Absecon. Beatrice worked as a licensed practical nurse at the Linwood Convalescent Center.
Beatrice was predeceased by her husband Edwin W. Smith Sr. and her son Edwin W. Smith, Jr. She is survived by her daughter Marlene and her husband Rinaldo Palermo; her brother Stuart Maxwell, four grandsons and their wives, ten great-grandchildren, nine great-great grandchilren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00pm at Hope Christian Fellowship Church 308 N. Shore Rd in Absecon. A service will follow at 2:00pm. Burial will be at Asbury Cemetery, in Egg Harbor Twp. Arrangements entrusted to and condolences may be left at adams-perfect.com.
