I was Barbara and Franks next door neighbor on Shepherd Drive from 1984 - 89. I was very lucky to have known Barbara. She was always upbeat and friendly. Always busy around the house. And she never complained about my basketball playing on my driveway. She witnessed bringing home our first 2 sons and was as excited as we were. What a lovely and caring person she was to friends and family. She set the standard for all neighbors that I’d have in the next 40 years. She must have enjoyed her grandchildren very much.
