Better known as Ted, he lived for 82 years, passing away on Tuesday Morning, November 17, 2020 about 10 days after suffering through a stroke. He attended Tuckerton school system including being one of last classes through Tuckerton High School. He attended a college of business on the Atlantic City Boardwalk and then Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky. He taught for 15 years in Atlantic City elementary schools. During which time he earned a Master’s in education at Glassboro State College (now Rowan). After he taught at Bethel Christian School for a year and was a substitute teacher in the Egg Harbor Township School System. He finished by working 25 years for the Farmer’s Home Administration before retiring. He is survived by his wife, Linda; his son, Robert; daughters, Lynette and Karen (Kurt); and two grandchildren, Joshua and Kurt Jr. (Lindsey); and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be private. If you want, donations may be made to the Living Memorial Fund of Zion UMC in Ted’s honor. Their address is 652 Zion Rd, Egg Harbor Twp. NJ 08234.
