Obituary for Shaun Christian Meuse

Shaun Christian Meuse
Meuse, Shaun Christian, 39 of Egg Harbor Township, answered Heaven's call for Warriors on May 23, 2018 while surrounded by family. Shaun's battle against cancer raged on for six years. He displayed such courage and determination, fearlessly facing multiple surgeries, surpassing all expectations against an unbeatable foe. All this to fulfill promises to family and witness important milestones in their lives. Heaven surely noted these attributes and decided Shaun was needed to bolster their ranks of angels.

Shaun graduated E.H.T. High and Vo-Tec trade school, becoming a HVAC mechanic/tech for Jem Heating & Air. Shaun was an accomplished athlete, avid fisherman and NY Giants fan. He was unbeatable in fantasy football, Words Against Friends, and all he applied that wonderful intellect to. His love of family was undeniable.

Shaun was predeceased by his grandparents, Joseph L. & Irene M. Meuse, and Henry B. & Virginia L. Kiefer; and his aunt, Ginny Mead (nee Kiefer). Shaun is survived by his parents, John & Holly Meuse (nee Kiefer); his sister, Nicole & fiance James Heady 3rd and their son, Aiden; his son, Brendan Manvell; the love of his life, Tammy Carty & her children, Krystal (Jimmy), Hunter (Carson) & Misty. Shaun was "Hot Pop" to his grandchildren, Charli, Elyanna, Paisley, Bella, & Lorenzo. Shaun also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 30th at 6:00pm at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. A viewing will be held from 4:00pm until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family has set up an education fund for Shaun's son, Brendan, with TD Bank. Please make donations to the "In memory of Shaun Christian Meuse account." Donations are accepted at any branch of TD Bank.
