Rose D.  Champion (Daisey)
Champion, Rose Daisey, of Egg Harbor Twp., went to be with the Lord on October 16, 2013 after a long illness. She passed at home surrounded by her loved ones.

Rose was born and resided her entire life in Steelmanville. She worked at Prudential and Scibal Insurance, retiring in 2006. She enjoyed spending time at her and her husband's house in Virginia with her family and friends. She was also known for sending countless cards to everyone she knew.

Rose is survived by her husband of 52 years, John Robert Champion "Jack", with whom she enjoyed a full, long life; her sister, June Eichinger; her children, Bob, Steve (Peg Capelle), and Carol Carman (John); her grandchildren, Heather (Sean), Stephen, Bobby, Kelsey, Jessica, and Sarah; two great grandchildren, Lillian and Sean; and many other well loved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 11:30am at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. A viewing will be held from 10:00am until the time of the service. Interment will be held in Zion Cemetery, Egg Harbor Twp.
