BOURDON ILLAS, Milagros “Millie”, age 60, of Northfield went home to God on July 5th after a long battle with cancer. Born in Moca, Puerto Rico, she moved to Atlantic City in 1990 and found a loving community of friends. A glowing presence, Millie was a happy face at the Atlantic City Free Public Library for over 15 years. She leaves behind a daughter, Nicole, son-in-law Dylan, her husband Angel, mother Gabriela, and many brothers, nieces, nephews, and friends. A special thank you to the members of OASIS Church, staff at ACFPL, and friends for their constant prayers. A viewing will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Church on Monday, July 11 at 10 am, with a mass to follow at 11 am. Interment will follow immediately after at Holy Cross Cemetery.
