Karen Diane Loia, 62, of Atlantic City, passed away at home on May 19th, 2021. Karen grew up in Hackettstown, NJ prior to attending Stockton College in Galloway, NJ.

Karen was a huge music fan, she specifically loved Collective Soul and The Goo Goo Dolls, and she attended many of their concerts with her daughter, Dana. Karen was an animal lover and had a soft spot for her fur grandchild, Stevie the Golden Retriever. She also loved all things Disney, a love that she shared with her daughter.

Karen is survived by her daughter, Dana Dorzan (Darin) of Northfield, and many friends. Karen was also going to be a grandmother later this year, something she was over the moon about. Karen is predeceased by her parents Peter and Joan Loia, grandparents, Seymour and Myrtle Young, and her beloved Bichon Frise's, Dooley and Lucy.

A small service will be held for friends and family on Thursday, May 27th, 2021, 4pm-6pm at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home in Northfield, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ASPCA in her honor.
