Condolence: Jack was an unassuming hero. On one flight we blew an engine right after take off. He was steady as a rock as we made an emergency landing.
RIP my friend and fellow aviator, may God bless and receive you in Paradise.

Condolence: Family,

Sad to hear of Jack's passing. We both served with the 48th Assault Helicopter Company The Bluestars in Vietnam but at different times.

We also were tour guides at the N. J. Vietnam Memorial and and would share our
stories about Vietnam during our tours.

Jack was always great to talk with and he will be missed by all of his Vietnam Veteran
brothers.

Condolence: Joyce and John, We are sincerely saddened for the passing of Jack. We will be thinking of you in this time of grief. I'll never forget the time Jack took me on a tour of Manhattan in his plane. No radio, no contact, just Jack doing what he did best as the most careful and detailed pilot. (He did give me the wheel for a few seconds, though..)
Our condolences from Illinois, and from your Aunt Fritz.
