John I. Brown, Jr, 78 of Absecon, passed away at home on January 30th.
Born in Linwood to the late John Sr. and Bertha Brown, he was a graduate of Pleasantville High School, Class of 1950.
John worked at Atlantic Electric for 40 years, and then as a driver for Safety Bus Company for 13 years.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Rose (Monti) Brown; two children: John I. Brown III (Lily) of Houston, TX and Ann Bogin (Michael) of Merchantville, NJ; and two grandsons: Bryan and Joshua Bogin.
Family and Friends are invited to call on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. A memorial service will begin at 1:30 PM at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
