Scott, Jessie (nee Barber), 93 of Hollywood, FL and Pleasantville, NJ passed away on February 15, 2013 at the Avalon Park Retirement Center in Hollywood, FL.

Predeceased by her parents, Jesse and Ruby Barber; and her brothers Raymond and Franklin. She is survived by her son, Robert J. McFadden, Sr.; brother James E. Barber (Marie); three grandchildren: Robin Gallardo (Gabriel), Patricia LaRosa (Rino) and Robert J. McFadden, Jr.; and four great grandchildren: Sophia and Gabriel Gallardo, and Jonathan and Alexandra LaRosa.

Jessie was a professional singer who started her career by performing in concerts and plays at Pleasantville High School. She performed in Atlantic City and Miami at many hotels, nightclubs and restaurants. She sang with the Big Bands on the Steel Pier and several radio commercials. She also worked as a legal secretary both locally and in Florida.

Services will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 11:00am at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. A visitation will be held from 10:00am until the time of services. Interment will follow in Laurel Memorial Park, Pomona.
