Javier Santiago 59 peacefully ascended into heaven while surrounded by family and friends on April 3, 2013. He was born July 15, 1953 to Sergio and Eugenia Santiago in Guanica, PR. Javier was a loyal and hardworking employee for 33 years at Resorts casino. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and an incredible friend to many. Javier enjoyed fishing with friends, helping others and gardening. He was pre-deceased by his loving daughter Maribel Santiago on May 1, 2000. He leaves behind the love of his life Rosa ( he is also the love of her life) his children Ana,Javier Jr.,Eveliz, Jonathan,and Joshua. Step- children Rosa, Marino, Rose, Miguel and 25 grandchildren. Javier also leaves behind so many loving, funny, and inspirational memories even throughout his courageous fight with cancer. A viewing will be held 7-9pm on Sun. April 7 at Adams Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Mon. April 8 at Our Lady Star of the Sea, 2651Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City at 10 AM with visitation beginning at 9 AM. Interment will be at Laurel Memorial Park, Pomona, NJ. www.Adams-Perfect.com.
