I remember Mr. Hawn was always urging my classmates and I to improve our vocabulary, read, improve comprehension, and write sysynctly. He was a memorable teacher to me. I was just remembering him when I did my search, and I am deeply saddened to learn of his passing. My most heartfelt condolences to his loving family.
