Cochrane, Gordon J. “Buzz”- 69 of Egg Harbor Township passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, March 19, 2016. Buzz was born on August 22, 1946 in Philadelphia, PA. He grew up in Chelsea Heights, Atlantic City. He was a veteran of the armed forces serving the United States Army. Buzz worked for Lenox China for 32 years, retiring after they closed their doors in 2005. He was employed at Caesar’s Entertainment for the past 20 years as a traffic controller. He loved what he did at both jobs and every moment being there. He enjoyed golfing, especially his golf leagues and golf trips with his friends, his love for Corvettes and one of his favorite pastime was vacationing with his family to Disney.

He is predeceased by his parents Ruddick and Winifred Hobbs-Fernie; sister Gail; and brothers Glenn, Gary and Gino. He leaves behind, his loving wife, Denise; four children, Heather Cuviello (Jon), Timmy Cochrane (Sara), Matthew Cochrane (Kim) and Stephanie Cochrane; ten grandchildren, Alec, Cole, Bobby, Megan, Emily, Connor, Ella, Chase, Carter and Caroline; four brothers; Greg, Geoffrey, Ruddick Jr, Guy; two sisters Genevieve and Gabrielle and also many other nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by many family and friends.

Viewing will be held from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at Our Lady of Sorrows Church Wabash and Poplar Ave, Linwood, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am.
