Condolence From: Christine L. Neill-Laquer
Condolence: I was happy to be in Bill's presence in the first 1/2 of 1985. His mother had told me that Bill had to buy some shirts in Mexico because he forgot to pack shirts for his trip. In 1985 we would play guitar, sing, and dance together. When Bill liked someone he would call that person "good people". He called me "Careful Chris". My condolences go out to all who knew him and mourn him.
