Betty Lou  Spengler
Betty Lou Spengler (Kester), 86, of Egg Harbor Township passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Betty loved nature and the mountain vacations in Vermont, picking apples, hiking, and cross country skiing. She loved gardening and her yard was like a bird sanctuary. Betty was an expert craft maker who made hundreds of crafts for the holidays and generously gave them away to her family and friends as gifts.

Betty was married to Frederick Spengler Jr. for 49 years who passed away in September of 1997. Together they enjoyed metal detecting on the beaches searching for treasure.

Surviving are her sons Terry Spengler, and Frederick Spengler III (Jannine), her daughters Vicky Lynn Garofalo (Leon), and Carolee Drinkard (Thomas). Loving grandchildren are Kelly, Lauren, Melissa, Leon, Anthony, Melissa Joy, Heather Ann, and Terry Matthew. She also loved her big dog Cody.

The Funeral and Church service will be held on Saturday, September 26th at Honey Brook Bible Fellowship Church , 554 Zion Road, Egg Harbor Township from 11:00 - 12:00. Burial will follow at the Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery on Route 50, Estell Manor. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Honey Brook Bible Fellowship Church . Arrangements entrusted to and condolences for the family may be left at Adams-Perfect.com.
