Obituary for Martin Aberman

Martin  Aberman
Martin Aberman, 76, passed away Sunday with his family at his side.

Marty will be remembered for his happiness and kindness to those in need. Marty recently retired from Atlantic County where he served as a bus driver taking the elderly and disabled to doctor’s appointments and activities. This extended career followed his time with the Ventnor City Police Department where he retired as a sergeant in 1980.

Marty is predeceased by wife Judy and is survived by his four children: Donna Horton (Jim), Michael Aberman (Lisa), Ron Aberman (Andie), and Darren Aberman (Lisa), along with six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, companion Carol Cottrell, and best friend of 68 years Marty Fader. Marty was one of eight children and is also survived by three sisters: Beatrice Rauhe, Ruth Homer, and Norma Aberman. If you knew Marty you know of our loss, he was one of the good ones.

Service will be held on Wednesday, January 15th, Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield, service will begin at 11am. In lieu of flowers please send donation to The American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org/donate.
