Lentz, Evelyn M. (nee Schmidt) age 98 of Northfield, N.J. passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 with her family at her side. She was an avid Phillies fan. She loved reading and solving crossword puzzles. Those who spent time with her enjoyed her subtle sense of humor. While raising her children, she baked almost daily and was involved in scouting and school activities.
She was a member of St. Gianna Beretta Molla Parish, St. Bernadette's Church since it was established.
She will be sadly missed by her loving children; Elaine Bisbing, Dale Eberwein, Gregory Lentz, Jean Chadwick, Frederick Lentz (Vivian), Susan Evering and Richard Lentz (Elizabeth), grandchildren; Nicole Eberwein, Elizabeth Anne Hutchins (Phillip), Randolph Wilfong (Joseph), Julianne Lentz, Wayne Evering (Kristen), Kimberleigh Alvarez (Armando), Michelle Fitzgerald (Martin), and Danielle Kern (Charles); Great Grandchildren; Marissa, Amanda, Emily Anne, Miguel, Maria, Ronald, Sonia, Owen, Abigail, Benjamin , Gianna, Braelyn, Brooklynn and Ian.
Predeceased by her husband, Douglas Lentz, her granddaughter, Diane Brezee, Daughter-in-law, Janet Lentz, her grandson, Jeffrey Lentz, her son-in-law, Wayne Chadwick, and her grandson, Zachariah Wilfong.
A Viewing will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016 from 9:30am til 11am at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home 1650 New Rd. Northfield. A Service will begin at 11am. Burial will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing.
