Davis, Clara Ruth 91 of Mays Landing passed away on Monday, August 15, 2016.

Born in Johnstown,PA she was an area resident for over sixty years. She was the first licensed Lady Barber in Atlantic City working at Haddon Hall and the Claridge.

She is predeceased by her son, William McConville, Sr., and her granddaughter, Roxanne.

She is survived by her children; Beverly Dempsey, John Mehic, and his wife, Pat, her sister, Elsie Kautz, her grandchildren; Edward Davis II, Deanna Davis Ware, Christina Mehic Nunez, Thomas J. Mehic, Kelly Ellis, William McConville, Veronica Weber, Wendy Nekrasow, and , her 15 Great Grandchildren, her 7 Great Great Grandchildren and her devoted caretaker, Margaret Marzano.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 from 10am til 11am at the Adams-Perfect Funeral Home 1650 New Rd. Northfield. A funeral service will follow at 11am. Burial will be held at Laurel Memorial Park, Pomona.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Clara's memory to a local Rescue Mission or your favorite charity
