Condolence: A good friend, mentor, and overall wonderful human being. Always ready to drop everything for a friend in need, the first to jump in if something needed to get done, all the while never asking or expecting anything in return. Always good for a laugh and pep talk, he always had the right words to put a person at ease and in a better place. Even if that involved a good kick in the butt! Truly one of a kind with his work ethic, his humor, his kindness and his generosity. It has been an honor to have met, and been able to call Gene my friend, as I know anyone who knew him can attest to. My love an thoughts are with Karen, Trish and the rest of his friends and family at this deeply difficult time.
