Gould, Genevieve V. 96 of Somers Point, NJ passed away Friday January 29, 2016 in Egg Harbor Township, NJ . She was born and raised in Trenton, NJ where she owned and operated Fords Beauty Salon for many years until she moved to Somers Point, NJ in 1960. She then opened Vanity Beauty Salon where she continued to work until she retired at 87 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband John Gould. She is survived by her two daughters Lynda (Ralph) Collet and Debora (Gary) Martyn; 6 grandchildren Michael Brown (Aimee); David Brown( Nicole); Jennifer Deluca(Jack Breslau); Kimberlee Rubba( Michael); Gary Martyn, Jr (Donna); Matthew Martyn (April); 13 Greatgrandchildren and 1 Great great grandchild. A memorial service will be held Tuesday Feb. 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home Northfield, NJ. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
