Barry Scott  Gunter
Gunter, Barry Scott - 50, a lifelong resident of Pleasantville, quietly departed this life on January 21, 2016 at Cooper Hospital in Camden.

Barry last worked for the Arc of Atlantic County as a community technician, and he also worked for Harrison beverage for many years. He attended the Pleasantville Public School System.
Barry was the fourth child born to Joan E. Gunter and Joseph (Mike) Wallace. He enjoyed bike riding, barbecuing, watching TV, cooking, reading, and listening to music, but most of all spending time with his family and friends. Throughout his life he was also known to be a very dapper man, always dressed to impress. He most times was called GQ.

He was predeceased by his mother, Joan E. Gunter; and his father Joseph L. Wallace. Barry leaves to cherish his memory, his wife and best friend of 19 years, Teri S. (Watson) Gunter; his one and only daughter, Tashiana M. Walker; sons Miles S. Gunter and Gage S. Gunter; his grandmother, Sarah (Watts) Gunter; his siblings, Darryl Gunter, Dean Gunter, Juanita Gunter, Alece Butts, Tamara Wallace, Patricia Thomas, Jonathan Wallace, and Joseph Wallace, Jr.; his grandchildren, Khalil Felder, Keilani Gunter, Amelia Gunter, and Takhiya Walker; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 27th at 10:00am at Faith Baptist Church, 829 Tilton Road, Pleasantville. A viewing will be held from 9:00am until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Seaside Cemetery, Marmora.
