Obituary for Joseph DeCesare

Joseph  DeCesare
Joseph William DeCesare, 31, passed away on November 15, 2015 at Atlantic Care Regional Medical Center in Pomona, NJ with his family by his side. Joe had been a cancer survivor having battled Rhabdomyosarcoma since first being diagnosed with this very rare form of cancer in 2009.

He was born on October 6, 1984 and resided in Absecon all of his life, a place he happily called home. He attended the Absecon Public School System and graduated from Holy Spirit High School in 2003 where he was adored by many of his classmates. Joe worked at Advanced Auto in Absecon, where he made many acquaintances that he eventually had the privilege to call good friends.

He is predeceased by his father, Patrolman William A DeCesare, of the Ventnor City Police Department. He is survived by his mother, Carol Lynn Porter-DeCesare, and his sister, Alicia DeCesare. He will be missed dearly by many.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 6PM until 8PM at the Adams-Perfect Funeral Home 1650 New Road Northfield, NJ 08225. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
