Obituary for John J "Jay" Snyder Jr.
Snyder, John J. "Jay", 59 of Egg Harbor Township, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2015 with his daughters present.
Jay was formerly a chef at Claridge Hotel and Casino, and then worked for Harrison Beverage for many years. He was an avid Giants and Yankees fan, and he loved spending time with his grandchildren and his great grandson. He will be greatly missed.
He was predeceased by his mother, Jane Sutton. Jay is survived by his three daughters, Desiree Biscieglia (Brian), Sherri Nutt (Scott), and Allison Haines (Jason); his grandchildren, Haley Ditzel, Brian Biscieglia, Jr, Hunter and Blake Nutt, Kaden Inman, and Jacob Haines; one great grandson, Noah Portnoy; two sisters, Maryann Williamson and Phyllis Sutton; longtime girlfriend, Marypat Westman; and extended family members and close friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 4:00pm at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. A visitation will be held from 3:00pm until the time of the service. Interment will be held privately.
