“Betty” as she preferred to be called; was a strong, loving, tenacious and compassionate woman. She lived her entire life in Pleasantville. She met her beloved Walt when they were 17 years old. Theirs was a true love story filled with life’s ups and downs. Betty was a homemaker for most of her married life and was proud of her immaculate home. She always had a pot of coffee ready for anyone who came to visit and she made sure they never left empty handed.
Betty was devoted to her family, loved sharing pictures, and stories. She and Walt were dedicated to their grandchildren; attending any and all of their activities. Betty and Walt loved their weekly trips to the Dollar Store and Shop-Rite. She had a deep faith and made weekly prayers visits to Padre Pio.
The family would like to thank Betty’s caregivers at Meadowview Nursing Home for their compassionate care.
