Message to the Family: So sorry to read this in The Press today. I had no idea that Billy lived in my area (Cape May County). He used to babysit for me and my sister and I worked with him at the Goal Post in Langhorne when it was owned by Dick Bedesem. Small world. My parents Ed & Marge Carroll were very good friends of Dick and Maryanne. Billy was a wonderful man. Very sorry for your loss.
