Obituary for Susan Carol Aucott (Johnson)
Aucott, Susan Carol "Sue" (Johnson) 73 passed away April 30th, 2023 with her family by her side.
She is at peace, in the arms of her husband Russell, the love of her life for 32 years. Susan was born on April 6, 1950 to Doris and Edward Johnson of Pleasantville, NJ.
She lived locally her entire life. Susan loved music and adored her Siamese cats. She enjoyed working at Bally's Hotel and Casino and Golden Nugget in the house keeping department. Susan had the biggest heart and the most beautiful smile. She was a private and quiet person, but also very witty and fun! She was fearless and independent, yet sensitive and incredibly compassionate. She was strong-willed and stubborn, but those traits defined Sue. They were who she was and her strength undoubtedly helped her deal with life's challenges. She will be forever missed. Until we meet again.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell C. Aucott; her father Edward Johnson, Sr.; and her brother Edward Johnson, Jr. Susan will be missed and remembered by her loving daughter; Jennifer Lynn Johnson, her mother Doris Johnson, her sister Nancy Dutton (Frank). She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Port Republic Cemetery on Main Street in Port Republic, NJ.
