Billings, Rose age 92 of Mount Holly, NJ and Scullville area of Egg Harbor Twp for most of her life, passed away on Sept. 8, 2019 in Burlington, NJ at the Masonic Village. She is the daughter of the late Samuel and Anna Guyer and was also preceded in death by her late husband Elmer Billings and son, Steven Billings. She is survived by her daughter Roselee Blue, and son Claude Billings and sister Lillian Haines; 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a host of other family and relatives. A service will be held at Adams-Perfect Funeral Homes 1650 New Road Northfield, NJ 08225 on Saturday Sept. 14, 2019 at 1:00 PM with the family receiving friends from 12:00 Noon until the time of the service.
