Obituary for Ronald Leon Carman

Ronald Leon Carman 10/22/1944-9/27/2022
Son of John L Carman and Mary (Morley) Carman. He was number 9 of 10 siblings. Surviving siblings brother Les Carman of Gallaway, sister Verna Keller of Okeechobee FL. Proceeded by his wife of 40 years Doris Carman and his son Ronnie Carman Jr. Ronald Carman was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather. Born and raised on Risley Ave in Pleasantville NJ. At the age of 17 he joined the Army for 2 years and was a member of the National Guard for 3 years. Ron was a member of the Carpenters Local 623 for 54 years, 36 years of that he worked for Feriozzi Concrete Company. He Retired in 2006. In 1969 Ron joined the Egg Harbor Township Ambulance squad and was a member for a few years. His hobbies were long weekend drives with his family. He loved working on cars and trucks. Ron loved the Eagles and was a season ticket holder since 1995. He enjoyed going to the home games and tailgating with friends and family and even got to travel with his son from time to time to see his team play. Some of his favorite quotes were

He was a loving and adoring father to Wendy (Carman) Sica (Eddie Sica), Michael Carman ( Tiffani Witt), Dawn Carman, Grandfather of Brandi, Katie, John, Nick, Charity, Jasper, Mikayla, Veronica, Anthony; Great Grandfather of 6 and Uncle to 100’s of nieces, nephews and cousins. We love you and thank you for being our father, friend, and rock through all these countless years. Special thanks to Pastor Kevin and his team at NEW LIFE ASSEMBLY of GOD. We couldn’t have made it through these past few years without your help and support.
