Richard Somers Braddock, passed away on October 3, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family
Richard was born in Margate, NJ on February 7, 1943 to Jesse and Jeane (Rudolph) Braddock. He was a Graduate of the Pennsylvania Military Academy, Chester, Pennsylvania in 1965 with a degree in Political Science. Dick served as Captain in the United States Army (Artillery) from 1965 to 1968. He worked as a Logistics Leader with Owens Corning for over 35 years. He then ran his own consulting firm until 2011. Dick and his wife retired to Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina in 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Canfield) Braddock; daughters: Holly J. Braddock (Christopher Greco) of Chicago and Bonnie B. Sleasman (David) of Albany; Grandchildren: Caitlyn Sleasman (Shelby) and Bryan Sleasman.
He is predeceased by his parents Jesse and Jeane (Rudolph) Braddock and his brother, Robert B. Braddock.
