I had the true pleasure of working with Joyce at Atlantic County. She was strong, smart, funny and perceptive. I wish I had known the things I saw in the obituary because I would have tried to be a closer friend as we share a lot in common. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
