Farrington, John, -84, of Egg Harbor Twp, passed away on Sunday November 15, 2020 in Galloway, New Jersey. He was born in June of 1936 to the late Vincent Farrington and Sara Johnson in Harlem, NYC. In April of 1998 he married Carlissann Martin in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. He was a loyal lifelong employee of Harrison Beverage where he earned the nickname “Johnny Quick”. John enjoyed bowling, hanging with his trusted pet dog Coby, his daily cup of “joe” and pound cake, watching the Cowboys NFL team, and being a member of the Hiram Abiff Lodge #16.

Survivors include his wife Carlissann (whom he affectionately called Ann), his step-daughter, Penny Hamler-Kelly of EHT, his step-son, Cliff Hamler Sr. (Jenee) of Mays Landing, 3 grandchildren, Kayla, Cliff Jr., and Omar, his sister Alice Black of Virginia Beach, as well as many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends including his best friend, Donald Cummings .

John was predeceased by his parents, 2 brothers, Cyril DePaul and Harold Farrington, and 3 sisters, Anne Rosalie Brooks, Carmen Josephine Marshall, and Agnes Elizabeth Pearson.
