I'm sorry about the passing of Joanne. Although we lost touch through the years, I have many fond memories of growing up with her, Barbara, and Bobby on Fourth Street in Pleasantville. I'm sorry I was unable to attend the services. I send my sympathy and prayers to her family in this sad time. Donna Vaccarelli (Cummings)

Words can't express how deeply sorry I am for Joanne's untimely departure from this life. She was loved by so many people. She certainly made her "mark" on this life and enjoyed it to the fullest. JoJo, as so many of us called her, will never be forgotten. Actually, she is a legacy in her own right. My deepest sympathy to Wayne (her beloved husband who she loved with all her heart), her daughter Kelly, Her sister Barbara and her brother Bobbie. May you all find comfort in fond memories of JoJo and carry her in your heart forever. She is with Jesus, doing what she does best; making Him smile, entertaining, and making sure the angels are doing their job. God's Grace to you All, Prayerfully, Marie (Mazzone) D'Amato

I want to express my heartfelt condolences to Wayne, Kelly and Joanne's extended family.
I first met Joanne professionally at Shore Medical Center where she was a skilled and compassionate obstetrical nurse. I could always trust that patients would receive the utmost care.
I also have fond memories of social gatherings with Joanne, where she would light up the room with her bright personality and flair. If there happened to be a microphone in the area, she was sure to entertain with a monologue or a song. She was a delight to be around. Marta and I will miss her. Michael Bravoco

Joanne you and Wayne have been my best friends for over 30 years. We’ve shared good times and bad times, weddings and funerals. You are the kindest most generous person I know. There will always be a hole in my heart for you. I will miss you forever. Love, Beth

I am so deeply saddened by Joanne's passing. She was my nurse at Shore when I delivered my daughter Shannon. I could not have asked for better care and support; she was a wonderful nurse and a truly beautiful person. She helped my daughter Kelley learn to swaddle her babydoll, and checked in on me on her day off. I will never forget the sacred time we shared. My deepest sympathies to Wayne, her daughter Kelly, her family and her many friends. Heaven surely gained another angel. Fly free Joanne.
