Obituary for JoAnn T Faden (Graziano)
Faden, JoAnn (Graziano) - passed away at home in Somers Point after a long, well fought health battle. With her family by her side, she left this Earth with a tan and smile. JoAnn was born on August 25,1947 to James and Mildred (Bocelli) Graziano of Pleasantville, NJ.
JoAnn is predeceased by her “love” John Pignatelli Sr., and her parents Millie and Jim.
JoAnn was a day-one employee of Macy’s at the Hamilton Mall where she had very loyal customers. She was a “Star” employee year-after-year. Her sales talents were taught to her by all the salesmen at Jack Lang Men’s Clothing Store at the Shore Mall where she worked for years before Macy’s.
She was a great worker, but her favorite job was making meatballs and cookies for family and friends. Her pleasures in life were sitting in the sun and spoiling her grandchildren.
JoAnn was not only beautiful, she was smart and her mother wouldn’t let anyone forget it. JoAnn was 3rd in her graduating class at Pleasantville High School.
She is survived by her son Arthur (Ginny) Faden and daughter Gina (Brian) Dearborn and grandchildren Corey (Cailin), Casey, Mackenzie, Zachary, Kristine, best friend Joyce, her caregiver Gail, family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at the Somers Point Beach on Saturday, September 10th at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at A Field of Dreams, 1000 Bay Drive, West Atlantic City 08234.
