Obituary for Gloria Melini
Gloria R. Melini of Egg Harbor Township, 91, passed away on July 18, 2022.
She was born in Vineland, NJ on October 20, 1930. Gloria graduated Vineland High School in 1948. After that, she worked for the State of New Jersey in the employment services division for 35 years before retiring in 1992. Gloria enjoyed her crossword puzzles and playing scrabble. She loved to travel, taking cruises and her day trips to the casino.
Gloria is predeceased by her parents Lewis and Pauline Melini; a brother and sister-in-law Albert “Skeets” (Louise) Melini; her sister and brother-in-law Beatrice (Joseph) Bassetti; and two infant daughters.
Surviving Gloria is her daughter Sharon Kolen-DiMezza; grandson Dominic (Paige) DiMezza; niece and caregiver Joanne Dalponte; along with several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
