Geraldine T. Ciancio, 73 of Somers Point, NJ, passed away on January 24, 2021. She lived in Atlantic County her entire life. Born in Atlantic City, she graduated from Atlantic City High School and Atlantic Community College. Geraldine married the love of her life, Joseph Ciancio in 1971. They were married for 44 years. Gerry was a very loving and caring person. She was passionate about her Italian Heritage. She loved playing her guitar and watching old movies and most of all she loved spending time with her nieces and nephews. Gerry is predeceased by her husband, Joseph Ciancio; her father and mother, Charles and Carolyn Leeds; brother, Louis Pagliughi; and sister-in-law, Pasqualina Saalman.
She is survived by her brother, Charles Leeds and his wife Nancy; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Pagliughi and Natalie Ciancio; brothers-in-law, Angelo Ciancio and John Saalman; nieces, Margaret Ciancio, Susan Feury and husband Kevin, Terry Coakley and husband, Tim; and nephews, John Saalman, Jr., Joseph Ciancio, Michael Leeds and Mark Leeds. A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Adams-Perfect Funeral Homes,, Inc. 1650 new Road Northfield, NJ 08225. A visitation will be held prior to the service on Saturday morning from10-11 AM at the funeral home.
