Frances was born to Elmira D. Martin and George B. Martin Sr. in Somers Point, NJ on September, 22, 1932.
Frances grew up in Pleasantville, NJ then married Frank Jacoby on November, 17th 1951 and settled in Absecon, NJ. They both had many friends to hang out with and liked to travel to the islands for vacations. After retirement, they moved to Cape Coral, Florida in 1997. They loved the weather and found many great friends there. They traveled from there for the holidays up north to keep in touch with family and friends.
She was one of the family owner operators of Martins Ace Hardware on New Road in Pleasantville a store that was serving the community since the early 1900s. She and her late husband Frank taught us the value of family and hard work and also were role models for us kids. She will be greatly missed by us all.
The service will be private with a date to be determined.
