Freeman, Elaine – 68, of Egg Harbor Twp., NJ, passed away, peacefully to be with the Lord on March 5, 2022. She was the daughter of the late James and Sarah Bentley. Elaine was born and raised in Atlantic City, NJ, and later became a resident of E.H.T. for 38 years along with her husband and children. She was a stay-at-home mom, which allowed her the opportunity to manage the home and raise her four children during their formative years. Elaine returned to the workforce where she worked at Showboat Hotel and Casino for over 20 years. Elaine was a loving, caring person and everyone enjoyed to be in her presence. She was known for her infectious laughter. Left to cherish her memories: husband - Ronald; children – Brooke (Emile), Solomon, Thomas, and Rachel (Ariel); grandchildren – Delvin, Nadia, Ariel Jr., Trent, Solomon, Kayla, Mary, Bella, and Amelie; siblings – Jean, Doris, Jeanette (Derrick), Diane, and Herman; and host of family and friends. Services will be on Monday, March 14. 2022, at Mount Zion Baptist Church. The viewing will occur at 10am and the funeral service will occur at 11am.
