Cathy was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Genevieve and Frank Holt, Sr. She was the third of four children: James Holt (deceased), Genevieve Gillespie (James), and Frank Holt, Jr (Terry). She is survived by her children, John Holt (Emma), Michelle Holt (Jeremy), Leroy Wilson (Laquinta), Angelia Wilson (Darrell), Solomon Sarfo and Bernice Sarfo; her grandchildren, Michael Scott, Khilil Bryant, Alecia Morales, Dreanna Hayes, Dominque Holt, Jermera Holt, Koriyanna Green (deceased), Tyquana Dawes, Alexis Schultz, Mariah Rivera, Rayshon Wilson, Damir Wilson, Dezzariah Brachew and Darrell Brachew Jr.; her great-grandchildren, Milliani Morales, Ava Campa, Nina Banks, Jacier Banks, Jay-mere Hall(expecting) and Tyriq Dawes. Cathy also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Cathy resided in Philadelphia, Gloucester, Clayton, Camden, East Orange, Toms River and Hammonton. She obtained her G.E.D. then graduated Kanes Business Institute for data entry. Cathy worked as a data entry clerk at various places. She was also a drug and alcohol counselor. Cathy was a very spiritual woman. She attended Sacred Heart Church and Love Fellowship Tabernacle. She was very caring, loving and motivational to her family, friends and adopted family. Cathy will truly be missed by many. She will always be loved and never forgotten.
