Obituary for Ana Maria Gonzalez
Ana M. Gonzalez (Marita), 65, of Atlantic City NJ, passed away April 11, 2021 in Boca Raton FL. Born August 13, 1955 in Cayey, Puerto Rico. She lived in Atlantic City majority of her life.
She worked 17 years in the casino industry as a slot attendant before retiring in 2008 (The Claridge and Caesars Casino). She loved to dance, cook for others, and entertain. She was the LIFE of the party!
To have known her was to love her. We may never, again, experience someone so caring, yet so carefree. Her heart of gold, never allowed her to shy away from anyone in need. She exemplified what it meant to ‘give the shirt off your back’ to someone.
She is predeceased by her parents Felix Gonzalez & Maria Miranda and her brother Felix Gonzalez Jr. She is survived by four sons; Manuel Gonzalez Jr (Myriam), Edwin Gonzalez (Violetta), Oscar Gonzalez (Jessica) and Alexsandro Gonzalez (Kayla), 13 grandchildren, 5 sisters; Adelaida, Myrta, Carmen, Rosa and Teresa and her brother Luis. She will be missed by her nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends that loved her dearly.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 10-11am with an 11am service at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road in Northfield. Interment will be held at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
