All of our licensed funeral directors are licensed in the State of New Jersey as well as some of them are licensed in Virginia, and Limited Licensed in the State of Pennsylvania.
| Francis Perfect (N.J. Lic. No. 2244), President Office Phone: 609-641-0065 Fax: 609-641-7919 Francis D. Perfect came to this area during World War II while serving in the Coast Guard. He also served in the United States Marine Corps. during the Korean Conflict. While in the service he met and later married Merion Bourne of Port Republic. The father of six children, he is a member of the Salem United Methodist Church, Mainland Rotary Club, and Keystone Masonic Lodge of F&AM. |

Dave came to Adams-Perfect Funeral Homes right out of the Ocean City High School in 1986. He became a licensed funeral director in 1989 having graduated from the Funeral Service Education Program at Mercer County College. Dave is active in the Mainland Rotary Club, President of the Jersey Cape Region/Antique Auto Club of America, Member of the Trinity Masonic Lodge No.79 of Egg Harbor Township and helps volunteer at the Marine Mammal Stranding Center. |

No. 4465), Funeral Director Office Phone: 609-641-0065 Fax: 609-641-7919 David Garrick Umphlett, (grandson of Mr. & Mrs. Perfect), and oldest son of Jerry and Marianne (Perfect) Umphlett became involved in the funeral industry while working with his family's business, Umphlett Funeral Home of Newport News, VA. Under the Direction of his father he became a licensed Virginia funeral director in 1992 and continued working with his father and later became manager of the business. In December of the year 2000, David and his family moved to New Jersey and began working with his grandfather, Francis Perfect and is now also a licensed funeral director of New Jersey. David married Amber M. Sargeant in May of 1992 and from that union he now has three children, Abigail Renee, Adeline Marie and Allsion Marianne. They are residents of Egg Harbor township and are members of the Calvary Chapel Church of Ocean City, NJ. |

Jared is a member of Congregation Beth Israel in Northfield. He is also a member of the Northfield-Linwood Kiwanis. Jared is married to Francine (Gamberg) Kirschenbaum, and they have a daughter Emily Rae and twins Jacob Landon and Morgan Olivia. |
