Obituary for Jane Price

Jane Price
Price, Jane Edwards (Crane), - 92, of Linwood, passed away Sunday evening December 31, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born in Atlantic City and was a graduate of Atlantic City High School. Jane lived in Linwood since 1955. Before she retired, Jane worked for House and Garden Department Store and The Linwood Library. She was a member of Central Methodist Church where she was a circle member. She was also a member of the Friends of Linwood Library and the Cape May County Zoo. Jane loved reading, gardening, going to the beach, her family dogs and watching television. She also loved visiting and socializing with her children, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.She is survived by her son, Somers Steelman Price, Jr. and his wife, Dana of Concord Township, Pennsylvania, her daughter Mary Jane McAllister and her husband Robert of Linwood, grandchildren RJ (Shannon), Tyler (Alyssa) and Casey McAllister (Ali Gregory) and Jordan, Somers III (Lacey Rosen), Connor, Hunter and Kiley Price; and four great grandchildren Brayden, Sawyer, James and Brynlee McAllister. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.at Central Methodist Church, Central Avenue and Shore Road, Linwood. Visitation will be held one hour before the Service. Burial will be at Friends Central Cemetery in Linwood. Donations may be made in lieu of flowers in her memory to Central Methodist Church.
